Hakuōki OVA: SSL High School Parody is an official adaptation of Hakuouki: Sweet School Life that came out as a special episode for the first season. It was distributed to those who purchased all six volumes of the DVD.
Unfortunately, it is very hard to find this adaptation in a good quality but it is available to view in the videos section.
Overview
The special episodes are made as a mix between anime and games. The picture is animated as a cartoon, however, there are no voice lines and everything the characters say is written on the screen as subtitles (same as it is done in visual novels) with their avatar on the left, or sometimes the screen goes black and has someone's words on it.
As it is meant to be a parody, everything the fans knew about the characters has been transferred to the 21st century and adapted to our era, making all the characters either teachers or students. The personalities of all characters are amplified: Hijikata is frustrated about other teachers (former Shinsengumi captains) not following the rules, Sannan is adamant on using Ochimizu on someone as an experiment, Heisuke has a gaming addiction, Shinpachi is always out of money as he bets on horse riding, Souji takes pictures of everything that amuses him (especially annoyed Hijikata), Kondou practices with a sword in a school hall, Saitou is over zealous about his job in the Disciplinary Committee, and Kazama is the President of the Student Council who makes up events only to get the chance to spend time with Chizuru. For further comic relief, ridiculous situations are accompanied with serious atmospheric soundtrack from the original series.

Description
Episode 1
The episode begins with Chizuru and Heisuke running late for school as Heisuke played games all night. Just as Heisuke is about to take Chizuru's hand, they are joined by Souji who takes both of their hands (as Heisuke accidentally takes his instead of Chizuru's) and they run to the school. As the bell rings, they are met by Saitou and Kaoru who are members of the Disciplinary Committee. Souji starts arguing with Kaoru, and Heisuke plans to sneak through but Hijikata appears behind them and threatens that they will get in trouble if they try to run. Eventually, Saitou shuts the gate in front of all of them, claiming that Hijikata is also late, and Souji takes a picture of Hijikata's frustrated face.
Later, Kondou gives a short speech as a headmaster and Sannan invites the President of the Student Council to get up the stage. Kazama, dressed in white and followed by Amagiri and Shiranui, walks up to the microphone and announces that this week there will be a dance competition. Everyone is shocked as the school has only one girl which means everyone else have to dance with boys. Amagiri and Shiranui are also taken aback since they have not heard anything about it. Kazama explains that he has just made it up and claims that he will not dance with a boy (hinting at Chizur) and leaves. Sannan dismisses everyone else.
In spring, Hijikata walks down the corridor and mutters to himself that he has to be more alert about the rule breakers. That is when he sees Harada running through the hallway, Kondou practicing with a sword and Shinpachi listening to music and making horse bets. Infuriated, Hijikata yells at them all and comes up with a clear set of rules that prohibit all of the above. He writes them down and puts them on the wall, exclaiming how annoying it is that people cannot keep the discipline. Saitou comes up and adds another rule - "Don't shout in the corridor" noting that there have been complaints from students. Hijikata is completely defeated, and Okita takes a picture of his face.
Episode 2
Chizuru runs around empty halls and classrooms shocked and scared because everyone is gone. Eventually, she enters the gym and finds all her classmates and friends there half-naked. She screams and Heisuke comes running to her asking why she is screaming. Okita joins the conversation teasing her that it is very bold of her to come. Harada explains that they are doing a medical examination (which she seems to have forgotten about), and since Chizuru is the only girl she has to do it at the Shimabara Girls High School. Kaoru notices that Chizuru is blushing and wonders if she has romantic feelings for someone in particular.
Kazama is sitting on a throne wearing a robe with a roses pattern, accompanied by Amagiri and Shiranui who stand by his sides as bodyguards. Seein Chizuru, Kazama decides to attract her attention and strips. Shinpachi also notices Chizuru and starts flexing his muscles in front of her. Hijikata appears out of nowhere and punches him, scolding for such actions. Shinpachi goes to the medbay to get treated by Sannan who smiles and offers him a secret remedy that is meant to heal anything. Yamazaki, who is standing right next to him, attempts to stop Shinpachi but fails. After drinking Ochimizu, Shinpachi is perfectly healthy again and his hair turns white.
