This walkthrough follows the paths that contain the most interactions with Souji Okita and the fewest interactions with other candidates, even when there are no changes in affection. Some choices might raise other character's affection, however, if everything is done correctly, it should not affect the main route.

In Hakuōki: Shinsengumi Kitan

Okita's "Memories of Love" stories are unlocked by completing his sub-route in "Shinsengumi Adventures 1". Several of them have since been integrated into Hakuōki: Kyoto Winds and its sequel. The answers for the main game are therefore largely the same as for the original game.

Bad Ending
Okita fails to protect Chizuru, so she gets shot by the same people who shot Kondou.
